Office Images began as a desire to help small businesses struggling to juggle growing their business, meeting the demands of customers, clients and family life and trying to keep on top of all that paperwork and keeping an eye on the finances.

For almost 10 years, Suzanne, our Managing Director, worked as an Accounts Office Manager for a National Company. Controlling the Sales Ledgers for 14 branches of the Midlands Division meant that Credit Control was a large part of her job.

Often when customers contacted her team because their account was on stop it was simply a case of overlooked bills, missing invoices and simply being so busy juggling the day to day tasks they hadn’t even realised they were overdue!

In 2006 Suzanne and her husband John moved to Ulverston with their 3 girls. John launched his catering company ‘Food For Thought’ with Suzanne working with him keeping a close eye on the finances and dealing with all the business administration. This only emphasised what Suzanne already knew, there aren’t enough hours in the day!

Now with 4 children and a growing business Suzanne knew how hard it was for small and new businesses and the to desire set up her own business led to the launch of Office Images.

Offering book keeping and payroll services and working from the dining room, Office Images was supporting businesses, local charities and community groups.

2010 saw Office Images expanding. The new office opened in February seeing the  launch of new services including Virtual Office, perfect for start ups and small businesses and also new freelance staff coming on board, all with the same aim of supporting local businesses, charities and community groups.

Originally with a background in Direct Sales, Suzanne has a good understanding of business and marketing as well as business start ups and the advantage of running a family business. This, along with her financial background, means she understands the pressures business owners are under and is well placed to help and advise them.
